Strategic Vision

GENATLANTICA as the First Commercial Asset of the Lynch Group in Europe

European Commercial Programme

GENATLANTICA represents the first tangible commercial deployment of the Lynch Group’s research heritage in the European market. Operating as the dedicated European entity (OpCo), GENATLANTICA holds an exclusive technology licence from REGENEVIA LLC (HoldCo), the group’s research and intellectual property holding company based in Delaware, USA.

The programme is currently in its active launch phase, with EUCIRCADIAN as the flagship product — a circadian-based longevity nutraceutical designed, formulated, and manufactured in Europe under strict EU regulatory compliance.

Market Strategy

GENATLANTICA’s go-to-market strategy is built on a focused geographic pilot and a multi-channel distribution approach:

Element Detail
Pilot Geography Tenerife / Canary Islands — strategic gateway to European and international markets
Premium Pharmacies High-end pharmacy channel for credibility and professional positioning
Resort & Hotel Spas Luxury hospitality partnerships for experiential product discovery
Longevity Clinics Professional wellness and longevity centres as early adopters

Regulatory & Compliance Framework

GENATLANTICA operates under a strict compliance-first philosophy. EUCIRCADIAN is classified as a food supplement / nutraceutical under EU regulations. All product claims, labelling, and marketing communications are carefully aligned with applicable regulatory frameworks. No medical, therapeutic, or disease-prevention claims are made.

Future Optionality

Beyond EUCIRCADIAN, the REGENEVIA research pipeline offers significant strategic optionality for future product development. The group’s portfolio of five USPTO patent applications in epigenetic rejuvenation, autologous tissue engineering, and personalised biological formulations represents a deep well of innovation that GENATLANTICA may draw upon as the European market develops and regulatory pathways mature.
